Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No, Tonix no longer has a minimum order amount.

Q: What are the methods of payment?
A: Net 30 with credit approval OR Visa / Master Card / Discover will be accepted. C.O.D. customers with sales over $1,000 must pay by either MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.

Q: How will the products be shipped?
A: Packages are shipped ground to the Western 11 states (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY) and typically arrive within 3 days. For all other states, packages are shipped UPS 3-day and customers are charged only ground rate. Customers may request faster delivery at an additional charge.

Q: How long will it take to receive an order?
A: Products should be received by customers in the continental U.S. within three-business days post shipment. Customers may request expedited service but will be responsible for the entire shipping cost.

Q: How can I open an account?
A: Customers interested in opening an account must provide a valid re-sale permit number or tax identification number and complete a credit application form provided by the company.

Q: Are styles unisex?
A: Yes, most styles are unisex unless otherwise specified.

Q: Can warm-up suit pants and jackets be purchased separately?
A: Pants and jackets may be purchased separately for some styles. When placing an order, please verify with the customer service staff.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Customers are responsible for checking the product before decorating. Products that have been modified in any way will not be accepted for return. All returns will require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns without this number will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. All returns are subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of the greater of 15% of total sales or $15.
