| Customers are responsible for checking the product before decorating. Products that have been modified in any way will not be accepted for return. All returns will require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns without this number will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. All returns are subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of the greater of 15% of total sales or $15. |
